Me and My FASD

Me and My FASD is a website co-created by professionals, parents, carers, teachers and an advisory team of young people and adults with FASD.

What you’ll find:

A short film produced by the Alaska Centre for FASD. It features seven adults with FASD who share their stories, strengths, and strategies for daily life.

Brain in Hand app

Brain in Hand is an app that helps people who struggle with memory, planning, or decision-making. It’s not specifically designed for FASD, but many people find it helpful for managing daily life and gaining more independence.
