Organisations providing FASD support for birth mothers
Coming to terms with an FASD diagnosis can be especially difficult for birth mothers. Feelings of guilt, shame or isolation are common, but support is available. These organisations offer information and peer support without judgement.
National Organisation for FASD – Provides resources and signposting specifically for birth mothers.
Recovering Mothers Anonymous - A peer support group with weekly online meetings.
FASD Birth Mums Community - A private Facebook group for birth mums of children with FASD.
